Sierra Growth Partners: Leadership tier

Sierra Growth Hub: Template

Every asset built in this engagement lives here, organized to tell one story: from growth strategy through GTM foundation and functional maturity, into the operating rhythm that produces evidence, and on to enterprise value. Each asset carries its status, version, source basis, and last-updated date in a header card, so what is final and what is in progress is never in doubt.

The five shelves

Read them in order. Each shelf builds on the one before it, and together they are the Revenue Growth System made visible.

  1. Shelf 1

    Growth Strategy

The narrative layer: Where the company is, where it is going, and why.
    2 assets, 1 final
  2. Shelf 2

    GTM Foundation

The analytical layer: Sized, segmented, defined.
    2 assets, 1 final
  3. Shelf 3

    Functional Maturity

The build layer: Each function across people, process, systems, and data.
    2 assets, 1 final
  4. Shelf 4

    Operating Rhythm

The cadence layer: How it runs weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
    2 assets, 1 final
  5. Shelf 5

    Enterprise Value

The exit layer: How the above compounds into valuation.
    2 assets, 1 final

The experience test

A first-time visitor, whether a board member, a PE associate, or a new sales leader, should be able to answer these five questions within five minutes, unassisted.

  1. What is this company's growth strategy and where did the numbers come from?
  2. How mature is each revenue function today, and what is being built next?
  3. How does this connect to enterprise value?
  4. What is final versus in progress, and how current is each asset?
  5. Why does the current resource allocation decision matter? An operator should see exactly where a near-term decision sits in the sequence and how it connects to long-term value creation.
